Frolot appears to hold a position of administrative authority, as he is stationed in a private office or study within the occupied Mayor’s Mansion (Arcadia). During the party’s infiltration of the manor, Gage inadvertently crashed through Frolot’s door while tackling a suspicious servant.

Frolot was initially confused by the sudden intrusion but proved to be surprisingly susceptible to deception. Gage was able to bluff him by claiming the magical disturbances and noise caused by Temerity outside were merely a rowdy bar fight involving his targets.
