Kevin is a new and inexperienced member of the Avalon City Guard.

We encountered him at the guard post by the south gate. He was nervous, stuttering, and admitted it was only his second day on the job.

He confessed to Lavender that when he arrived for his shift, the previous guards were asleep/unconscious. Fearing headquarters would find out, he moved them to The Slippery Ostrich to stage a drunken stupor. Theren sensed that Kevin was honest, if somewhat incompetent.

Gage offered him life advice, suggesting he ignore his mother and find what he is good at.
