The party discovered this item while searching for buried loot following the bandit ambush on the road to Onasea. Theren detected magic on the item but was initially unable to identify its specific properties. Mary-Ann refused to wear it due to the unknown risk, but Temerity eventually agreed to put it on, despite worrying it would make him “look odd.”
