The Harbourmaster is characterized by a personality that is frequently described as obtuse, argumentative, and resistant to becoming involved in city matters. She manages the docks with a focus on administrative records and fees, often demanding proper paperwork from those seeking her assistance. Despite her abrasive and uncooperative exterior, she is highly susceptible to the “cute effect” of animals, particularly rabbits. She is also easily offended by perceived slights or nicknames, having taken great umbrage at being referred to as a “watery lady.”

• Entry 03 (The Smuggling Barge): First encountered when the party attempted to report a barge carrying stolen magical treasures. She initially refused to help, but after Temerity presented Korako, she agreed to “look the other way” during the party’s investigation in exchange for time playing with the rabbit.
• Entry 30 (The Missing Horses): Faced an unauthorized intrusion into her office by Lavender and Gage during their investigation into the disappearance of Soliana’s caravan horses.
