Loraleia is an elven courier found aboard the Paddle Steamer suffering from a necromantic curse.
Appearance
She is a young-looking elf with very dark hair. When found, she was extremely pale with sunken eyes, slick with sweat, and barely breathing.
The Curse
We discovered her in a locked cabin that smelled like a sickroom. She was suffering from a degenerative disease of necromantic nature that was sapping her life essence. This curse was linked to a Withered Rose hidden in the cargo hold.
After Temerity destroyed the rose and Anaphel cast greater restoration, Loraleia began to recover.
Mission & Secrets
She works as an Imperial Courier, carrying letters for wealthy or important clients.
- Route: She intended to deliver her current letters to Durvish City, pick up more, and then travel to Adalens.
- The Letters: Her bag contained five Encoded Letters, including two written by Orris Locke.
- Thoughts: When scanned by Gage, her surface thoughts revealed the name Elara and connections to the guards or ruling class of Durvish City.
