Biography & Personality

Anaphel is an aasimar, appearing to most as a figure in a cloak to hide their radiant nature. When revealed, they appear as a tall figure with glowing white skin, white hair, and deep blue eyes with flecks of white. They were sent to the mortal plane 300 years ago by their mother, Auriel, specifically to the cold regions which are Auriel’s demesne.

Despite their divine origin, Anaphel suffers from a deep homesickness for the immortal planes, finding the mortal realm stifling. They are stoic but capable of frustration, fear, and vulnerability, particularly regarding their connection to Auriel. Recently, Anaphel has confessed to losing their connection to their mother, fearing she has been trapped or weakened by the necromancers.

  • Entry 41 (The Master of Ash): Refused to let Lavender surrender to the enemy ship alone During the naval chase, they initially struggled to navigate but recovered to deploy spirit guardians and heal Lavender. • Auriel: Anaphel’s mother and deity. The severance of their connection to her is a source of profound distress and drives their current actions.
